I always forget the exact details, so I assume other people do too.
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water.
- Put the pot on the stove at maximum heat. Cook with the lid on.
- When the water boils, turn off the heat and set a timer for 20 minutes.
- When the timer rings, the eggs are cooked.
- It is easier to peel eggs before they cool off. This only really matters if you are going to put them in the fridge.
