Pancake Fruit Sauce
juice (not concentrate, orange is best)
Chop the fruit into small pieces if necessary.
Cut into 8 slices. Then cut each slice in half.
Cut off the tops. Cut the remainder into 2 or 4 pieces, depending on the berry size.
These don't need to be cut up.
Add the juice to the fruit.
Seperately, mix the sugar with the corn starch.
Mix the sugar mixture into the fruit mixture.
Cook the sauce in the microwave on high power for 3-minute intervals until the it is fully cooked. Stir after each interval.
When the sauce is done, the white corn starch will turn clear.
The sauce may start to overflow when it is mostly cooked.
You can mash up the sauce when it is cooked to remove lumps, but you don't have to.
The sauce will thicken as it cools.
