Quiche Crumb Crust Mix


2 cup 500 mL finely ground bread crumbs
1/2 cup 125 mL whole wheat flour
1 cup 250 mL wheat germ
1 cup 250 mL rolled oats
1/2 tsp 2 mL salt
1/4 tsp 1 mL basil

This makes enough for about 6 quiches. I normally store the extra until the next time I want to make a quiche.


  1. Mix everything together.
