Makes enough for 1 pie
I always forget the exact details, so I assume other people do too.
|1 cup ||250 mL ||whipping cream|
|3 tsp ||15 mL ||white sugar|
- Pour the whipping cream into a bowl. you will need one big enough to hold at least 4 cups (1000 mL) when you take spattering into account. Tall and narrow is better than short and wide.
- Beat the whipping cream until it is stiff enough that you can pull the beaters through and it leaves torn holes instead of flowing back. Do not beat it too much or it will begin to turn into butter.
- Beat in the sugar.
