Light and Fluffy Cheesecake
Makes one pie-plate-sized cheescake
1 1/2 cups
graham cracker crumbs
Melt butter in a pie plate.
Seperately, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
Mix crumb mixture into melted butter.
Form mixture into pie crust shape.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
250g package cream cheese
Beat whipping cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Seperately, beat cream cheese and sugar together.
Beat the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Do not beat for too long, or the whipped cream will dissolve.
Spead the mixture in the crust. Wait until the crust has cooled down so that the whipped cream does not dissolve.
Top with pie filling.
This recipe makes a cheescake that is quite different than the normal kind. Cheese Pie might be a more accurate name, but doesn't sound nearly as good.
