Date Filling
Makes 1 9x13 cake
Ingrediants:

| 1 1/2 cups | 375 mL | pumpkin (1 14 oz can) |
| 1 cup | 250 mL | chopped rhubarb |
| 3/4 cup | 185 mL | chopped dates |
| 1/2 cup | 125 mL | sugar |
| 1 tsp | 5 mL | cinnamon |
Instructions:
- Mix the ingrediants together. DO WE BLEND THESE?
Notes:
- I haven't tried this lately and I don't know how good it is. More experiments needed.
